[ F ] Un enfant se souvient des moments de bonheur qu’il a vécus avec sa meilleure amie. Hélas, celle-ci lui préfère maintenant un nouveau camarade. Se sentant trahi, il éprouve du chagrin et de la colère. Malgré sa tristesse, il réalise que cette perte porte en elle la promesse d’un renouveau. Alors l’enfant reprend confiance et décide de trouver, lui aussi, un nouvel ami.
[ E ] A child reminisces about the many joyful and playful moments he used to share with his dear old companion, who has, sadly, made a new friend. Feeling betrayed, the child gives in to his sorrow and anger. Although his spirits are low, he also realizes that with loss comes the possibility of new beginnings. He finds the strength to keep his head high and sets out to find a new playmate.
